Caravan material components

1- The main rule:

It consists of an iron structure with angle iron, thickness( 6 ) mm, width( 5 ) cm, welded tightly to bear all centers of gravity.

2- The floor: - made up of

A - A first wooden base with a thickness of (2) inches

B - A second wooden base with a thickness of (18) mm

C- Plastic floor mats with a thickness of (2) mm against fire, absorbing bumps and sound, and is washable and clean, and has a high aesthetic

3-  The walls :- made up of

A –Interior decorative wood  with a thickness of (8) mm (Formica)

B - a wooden structure with standard dimensions, a height of (2.44) m

C- Thermal insulation (glass wool) with a thickness of( 5 ) cm

D - an external wooden structure with a thickness of (3-4) mm for installation

E - an external metal structure for packing, thickness (0.6) mm, Italian-made

Notice

Paragraphs (a - b - c - d) above can be replaced by thermally insulated panels of (Polyurethane) ready-made material called (Sandwich Panel) according to the desire and request of the beneficiary
